BRACKET DIMENSIONS:
Linear electromechanical actuator for condominium use, all-metal structure, aluminium rod.
Once correctly installed, BHR automation systems require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 350 kg and measuring up to 3.00 metres in length; the aluminium housing and bronze gear assembly ensure a long service life.
The actuator holds the gate locked in the closed and open positions without requiring an electric lock for the leaves; convenient release using the triangular key located on the motor unit.
Control unit with built-in receiver for controlling 1/2 swing leaves.
Electronic clutch with convenient, quick travel adjustment; the delay for the second leaf can also be adjusted.
Deceleration during opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetrical and asymmetrical gates thanks to the ability to control the travel of each leaf independently.
