Electromechanical linear actuator for condominium use, all-metal construction, aluminum rod.
Once correctly installed, BHR automation systems require virtually no maintenance; installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 350 kg and measuring no more than 2.50 meters in length; the aluminum body and bronze gear train ensure long service life.
The actuator holds the gate closed and open without requiring an electric lock for the leaves; convenient release with a triangular key located on the motor unit.
Control unit with built-in receiver for controlling 1/2 swing leaves.
Electronic clutch with convenient, quick travel adjustment and the option to adjust the delay of the second leaf.
Slow-down during opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetrical and asymmetrical gates thanks to the ability to independently control each leaf's travel.
