Linear electromechanical actuator for condominium use, all-metal construction, aluminium rod.
Once correctly installed, BHR automation systems require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 350 kg and measuring no more than 2.50 metres in length. The aluminium body and bronze gear components ensure a long service life.
The actuator holds the gate locked in the closed and open positions without requiring an electric lock for the leaves. Convenient release using the triangular key located on the motor assembly.
Control unit with built-in receiver for controlling 1/2 leaves.
Electronic clutch with convenient, fast travel adjustment; second leaf delay can be adjusted.
Slowdown on opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetrical and asymmetrical gates thanks to the ability to control each leaf's travel independently.
