Electromechanical linear actuator for condominium use, with an all-metal structure.
Once correctly installed, BH automation systems require virtually no maintenance! Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate.
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 200 kg and measuring no more than 2.50 metres long. The aluminium body and bronze gear mechanism ensure a long service life.
The actuator holds the gate locked when open and closed without requiring an electric lock for the leaves. Convenient release with a triangular key located on the motor assembly.
Control unit with built-in receiver for controlling 1/2 leaves.
Electronic clutch with convenient, quick travel adjustment and the option to adjust the delay for the second leaf.
Deceleration on opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetrical and asymmetrical gates, with the option to control each leaf's travel independently.
