DESCRIPTION:

The FIREBEAM IR fire beam detector is a conventional fire detection beam. It works on the principle of detecting attenuation of the reflected infrared beam, triggering an alarm when the beam is obscured by smoke.

It also features a laser pointer and digital display to facilitate precise alignment of the reflector and detector, and allows the light intensity between them to be adjusted, making alignment easier. The device offers four adjustable operating ranges (8-20m, 20-40m, and 40-70m and three sensitivity levels 70-100m) (2.6dB, and 3.8dB.

FIREBEAM is suitable for use in high-ceilinged and large spaces such as warehouses, shopping centres, museums and factories, as well as in areas where smoke or corrosive gases are present.
