The key stores a random code from 3 billion possible combinations and transmits it only on contact. No electrical contacts. Ring for attachment to a keychain. Overall dimensions L62XH13XS11XCØ9 mm. Weight 5 g. Used by many manufacturers, including Combivox in the Amica control panel. Personal control of entry, exit, and other operations. It is normally decoded by a universal reader. The reader housing contains a high-brightness red LED, useful for remote signaling or use in low-light conditions. 3-wire connection, maximum length 200 meters.
