SB-CEP electronic key for Benel Norma 4 and Norma 8 control panels, for PROXI and ECLIPSE series readers. The reader is equipped with an inductive transmitter and receiver. When energized by the reader, the key releases random codes, which are read and accepted by the processor to activate the devices. Inserting a counterfeit key into the reader, or one that has not been memorized, will trigger a tampering alarm. At the factory (default), the processor is set to accept blank activators, and the key is set to program a new random code to ensure an adequate level of security.
