BS02 system description
The BS02 safety edge is an auxiliary safety device designed to address mechanical hazards caused by the movement of automated gates and sectional doors (impact, crushing, dragging, shearing, cutting, hooking). Used together with the BS02-E device and the TEST function on the control unit, it complies with classes 2-3 of standard EN954-1 (the reference standard for EN12978 - sections relating to the safety of control systems). Its design features, the result of the product’s natural evolution, make it easy to install and highly reliable.
