Linear electromechanical actuator for condominium use, all-metal construction, aluminium rod.
Once correctly installed, BHR automation systems require virtually no maintenance. Installation requires no modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 350 kg and measuring no more than 2.50 metres in length. The aluminium body and bronze gear train ensure a long service life.
The actuator holds the gate locked in the open and closed positions without requiring an electric lock; convenient release with a triangular key located on the motor assembly.
Control unit with built-in receiver for controlling 1/2 leaves.
Electronic clutch with convenient, quick travel adjustment; option to adjust the delay of the second leaf.
Deceleration during opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetrical and asymmetrical gates thanks to the ability to control the travel of each leaf independently.
