Linear electromechanical actuator for condominium use, with an all-metal construction and stainless steel shaft.
Once correctly installed, BHE automation systems require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for leaves weighing no more than 250 kg and measuring no more than 2.50 metres in length. The aluminium body and bronze gear mechanism ensure a long service life.
The actuator locks the gate in the closed and open positions without requiring an electric lock for the leaves. It features a convenient release with a triangular key located on the motor assembly.
Control unit with built-in receiver for controlling 1/2 leaves.
Electronic clutch with convenient, quick stroke adjustment; second-leaf delay can be adjusted.
Slowdown during opening and closing.
Suitable for symmetrical and asymmetrical gates thanks to the ability to control each leaf's travel independently.
