Linear electromechanical actuator for shared residential use, all-metal construction, stainless steel rod.
Once correctly installed, PM1 operators require virtually no maintenance. Installation does not require any modifications to the existing gate!
High-performance electric motor.
The actuator is designed for gate leaves weighing no more than 200 kg and measuring no more than 1.80 metres in length. The aluminium body and bronze gear mechanism ensure a long service life.
The actuator does not require an electric lock for the gate leaves.
